There is no better way to have the best tasting pasta meal and to control how your pasta is made than to make it yourself. And it is fairly easy to do with the pasta machine - either go green and get the hand cranked ROMA / WESTON pasta machine or splurge and buy the electric ROMA pasta machine. Both work great. And the hand cranked one has an optional motor you can purchase later if you decide to. Making pasta that is gluten or wheat free is right at your finger tip since you control what type of flour you use.
